Kaval is an AI-powered content verification service that helps users identify potential misinformation, scams, and fake content. The Service is provided via WhatsApp.

Limitations of Service

While we strive for accuracy, please understand that:

  • Our AI analysis is not infallible and may occasionally produce incorrect results
  • Verification results should be used as one input in your decision-making, not as definitive truth
  • We cannot verify all types of content with equal accuracy
  • New scams and misinformation tactics may not be immediately detectable

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Submit content that violates others' rights
  • Attempt to overwhelm or abuse the Service

  • Misrepresent Kaval's verdicts or use them to spread misinformation

Intellectual Property

The Kaval name, logo, and service are owned by Analog Intelligence Pvt Ltd. You may not use our branding without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analog Intelligence Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
