When you send content to Kaval for verification, we process the text, images, or links you share. This content is used solely to provide you with a verification response.

Phone Number

Your WhatsApp phone number is used to communicate with you and deliver verification results. We do not share your phone number with third parties.

We retain your recent conversation history (up to 30 messages) to provide context-aware responses during your session. Older messages are summarized and original content is discarded. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
